The Green City 1.4.3

The Green City is the recycling system implemented by the Attica Region & ESDNA. Its purpose is to educate, increase awareness, and incentivize both citizens and businesses on recycling and circular economy matters, while also enhancing environmental protection efforts.

• Citizens have the opportunity to register an account, either through www.thegreencity.gr or directly on Recycling Trucks. By recycling their materials on these trucks, they can earn points based on the type and weight of the materials.
• They can utilize a Map to locate the specific places and times where the recycling trucks will be stationed, making it convenient for them to drop off their recyclables.
• Access to their points balance is available through their account.
• Points can be redeemed for various rewards offered by participating companies within the application or alternatively on the website.
